Program Overview
- Attendee: Professionals in career transition or seeking a new job.
- Group Size: Maximum of 10 participants.
- Session Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes.

- Identifying transferable skills and strengths.
- Core Values assessment.
- Creating a vision for the next career move.
- SMART goal setting for job search success.
Week 2: Crafting a Standout Resume & LinkedIn Profile
- Objective: Teach participants how to present themselves effectively on paper and online.
- Topics Covered:
- Resume best practices (ATS-friendly formatting, quantifying achievements).
- Tailoring resumes to job descriptions.
- Optimizing LinkedIn profiles for recruiter visibility.
- Crafting a compelling summary and headline.
Week 3: Job Search Strategies & Networking
- Objective: Equip participants with modern job search techniques beyond job boards.
- Topics Covered:
- The hidden job market: how to tap into it.
- Networking strategies (including virtual and in-person).
- Using informational interviews to uncover opportunities.
- Job search tracking and organization.
Week 4: Mastering Interviews & Storytelling
- Objective: Teach participants how to confidently answer interview questions.
- Topics Covered:
- Common interview questions and how to answer them.
- The STAR method for behavioral interviews.
- Salary negotiation basics.
- Virtual vs. in-person interview techniques.
Week 5: Personal Branding & Confidence Building
- Objective: Help participants position themselves as valuable professionals in their industry.

- Personal branding basics (crafting a compelling professional narrative).
- Overcoming imposter syndrome and building confidence.
- Communicating value in interviews and networking.
- Leveraging thought leadership (content creation, social media presence).
Week 6: Creating a 90-Day Career Plan
- Objective: Develop an action plan for continued success after the program.

- Setting short- and long-term career milestones.
- Time management and productivity in job searching.
- Accountability strategies and maintaining momentum.
- Exploring ongoing professional development (certifications, skill-building).
