I work with a variety of private and corporate clients, teams and individuals, of all ages, genders, and ethnicities. I have had the privilege to work with college graduates as they lay the foundations for an inspired and successful life; to executives and managers as they navigate their careers; to accomplished older adults as they transition into retirement; and much in between. Many of my clients have needed my help with life transitions such as starting a business, finding a new job, a change of career or divorce and/or home relocation. We have also worked together on communication skills to build professional and personal relationships. My clients have included leaders from recognizable financial, technology, advertising, and property firms; performing artists; athletes; and many entrepreneurs and small business owners in a wide variety of sectors. I have supported them all in their journey to achieve their goals and changing their lives.
Above all, I am committed to your success and I feel this work is a privilege. I also have a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy (counseling psychology), so I bring a unique perspective to life, business and career coaching. I find it very important that I see each client as an individual, and meet you where you are. Because I have experience and education in both the core fundamentals of coaching, the traditional modalities of psychotherapy and business accruement I realize there are a diverse number of ways we can work together. I am willing to explore them with you to help you find your happiness and success.
It is important for me to understand what works best for you. I will always interact with you in an empathetic manner, with no judgment. If I feel that you would be better served with another coach or should explore traditional therapy, I will refer you out.
From experience, I find that having an initial 3-month engagement upfront will produce measurable outcomes and resolution. After this point, clients can re-engage for another 3-month package or start working on an individual session basis when needed. It all depends on what we are working on. We will always discuss and draw up a plan that works for you – the client.
