People work with a coach when they are feeling confused or stuck about work or personal issues. They know they want to make change, but they don’t know how.
As you decipher what you want for your life, I will help you explore, articulate and create your goals. At which point, we will identify the action steps needed to realize these goals and your full potential. I will hold you accountable as you commit to the plan and we can enhance, modify or change any goals/actions at any point.
Additionally, progress is sometimes hindered by old patterns of behavior or long-held beliefs. So we may choose to look at how or why certain issues are holding you back, and how you can remove these blocks.
I will walk beside you as you navigate this path. I will celebrate your successes, encourage you during any struggles, and witness your journey and subsequent triumphs.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and agenda. Sessions are usually between 45 - 75 mins long and we meet regularly as is needed. I do find having a rhythm is always good and I have found that a few intensive sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis at first followed by less frequent sessions work best overall.
Coaching is historically done over the phone/What's App/ FaceTime or Skype and I find that to be the most effective means of success. Some face-to-face session are available in the Santa Barbara, Los Angles and London area.
I also offer a private 8-week long coaching course that will incorporate the tenants of the Permission Journey described in my book, Give YourSelf Permission To Live Your Life. Coaching sessions will be altered to your specific needs within each module. Please contact me for more details.

Who do I work with?
I work with a variety of private and corporate clients, both male and female, teams and individuals, of all ages and ethnicities. I have had the privilege to work with 17 year-old graduates as they lay the foundations for an inspired and successful life; to executives and managers as they navigate their careers in leadership and personal relationships; to accomplished older adults as they transition into retirement, and much in between. Many of my client have needed my help with life transition such as new job, new career, marriage, divorce, home relocation, birth of a child or empty nest syndrome. My clients have included leaders from recognizable financial, technology, advertising, and property firms and many entrepreneurs and small business owners in wide variety of sectors. I have supported them in their journey to give themselves permission to live the life they want.
Why would you work with me?
Above all, I am committed to your success and I feel this work is a privilege. I have a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy (counseling psychology), so I bring a unique perspective to life coaching. I find it very important that I see each client as an individual, and meet you where you are. Because I have experience and education in both the core fundamentals of life coaching and the traditional modalities of psychotherapy, I realize there are a diverse number of ways we can work together. I am willing to explore them with you to help you find your happiness and success.
It is important for me to understand what works best for you. I will always interact with you in an empathetic manner with no judgment. If I feel that you would be better served with another coach or should explore traditional therapy, I will refer you out.
I also feel that the client should get resolution as soon as possible – this is why I work on a per-session basis rather than over a time span. From experience, I find that having a set 5-session package up front will produce measurable resolution or benefit, after which point clients either re-up for another 5 sessions or start working, when needed, on an individual session basis. It all depends on what we are working on. We will always discuss and draw up a plan that is best for you and me.
