Some of my clients are unhappy in jobs, but often they cannot articulate what's wrong or they just don't know. I help my clients clarify the situation and make concrete plans to either modify the one they are in, find a new job, change careers altogether or even start their own business. The stress is often so great that my clients need help picking it all apart.
Sometimes it's difficult to make change alone and, as a coach, I will walk beside you as you navigate your professional journey. As a veteran coach of nearly 16 years, I will share insight in relation to your specific situation and we will work together as you identify your goals and plans.
How often have we all started a project with the greatest of intention only to let it drop by the wayside? One of the key benefits of working with a coach is the role I play in holding you accountable to your actions and goals. I will always be on your side.
We all have co-workers and friends who try to give lots of "great" advice and you think they have your best interest at heart, but the reality is they, more often than not, have their own agenda - whether conscious or not. I have been trained to deeply listen to you and ask pointed and relevant questions so we can better understand your situation. We will always be on YOUR agenda.
As a coach and a trained therapist, I have a cadre of reliable and tested exercises and tools that are designed to remove blocks and encourage skills identification, and asses passion and purpose. I also have a unique way of identifying your Core Values and using them to be the road map of every decision you make in work and life. We will also work on confidence, motivation, and communication styles.
I will always keep us on track. Before we have our first sesson I will ask you to fill out my client paperwork. This includes a list of 5 goals you want to work on in the first 90 days. Plans can always change, but this gives us a clear road map as we work together. I will keep checking in on our progress to make sure we are on track.
“I love Priya and I don’t use that word lightly. Since we’ve been working together I have been able to stretch push and challenge myself in areas I probably would have taken forever to complete. She not only helps me to think outside the box but makes for certain I’m not living under my capabilities. Her gentle but supportive approach is just what I need to keep my life flowing positively in the right direction. And best of all, wherever I am in the world technology allows me to still keep my regular sessions with Priya. I hope I’ll be working with Priya for years to come.”
– Tasha Danvers, Olympic Bronze Medalist, Team GB, presenter
“A few years ago…I sought out a life coach and Priya came highly recommended … Initially I met with her looking for career direction, but due to her insightful and comprehensive approach ended up with so much more! … our work together touched me very deeply and resulted in opening my eyes to a whole new level of how to approach the transition and better plan for my future. I consider our sessions a complete success…”
— Julia W, PR Project Management, San Francisco
“… I started seeing Priya following a realisation that I both needed and wanted personalised coaching to help me sort out my life and my career in particular …I came to Priya confused and a bit of a mess and came out the other end highly focused and above all happy which I have remained ever since… The overall impact (was that) I set up my own real estate asset management business. Everything I learned about myself has been put into practice and … I now find my work more satisfying. I’ve also become a better partner to my other half and to my friends.”
— Alasdair, Property Asset Manager, London, UK
"Once COVID happened, and the job markets began to freeze, I needed some help, and Priya was there for me. She is an expert listener and career strategist. She has a keen eye for resume design and clarity in your messaging. Even the most polished resume could use a once over from her. In our first weeks of working together, she guided me through the hard work of discovering what my values were and what motivates me. Through our conversations, we were able to build a career map that led me to opportunities that were purpose-driven and that I philosophically aligned with. I truly enjoyed those sessions . . ."
Max Peck, MBV, Retired US Marine, BigSpeak
“Thank you for helping me with my presentation skills. Your … feedback gave me not only the confidence boost I needed but also clear direction on how to improve … I am so pleased that I am finally able to face my fear…Thank you, I couldn’t have done it without you.”
— P. Anand Patel, CAARA Ltd. Solicitor, London, UK
“Working with Priya was a life-changing experience … In less than 3 months, I accomplished several multi-step goals including an overseas move, a professional change and breaking free from a toxic relationship. Priya’s straightforward approach coupled with her gentle and compassionate demeanor made what was originally a fear-based and frightening phase in my life shift to an enjoyable … and transformational one. I felt like I was living in my dreams after accomplishing my initial goals and was eager to set more.”

I work with a variety of private and corporate clients, teams and individuals, of all ages, genders, and ethnicities. I have had the privilege to work with college graduates they lay the foundations for an inspired and successful life; to executives and managers as they navigate their careers in leadership and personal relationships; to accomplished older adults as they transition into retirement, and much in between. Many of my clients have needed my help with a life transition such as starting a business, finding a new job, a change of career, professional and personal relationships, and communication skills, divorce or home relocation. My clients have included leaders from recognizable financial, technology, advertising, and property firms and many entrepreneurs and small business owners in a wide variety of sectors. I have supported them all in their journey to achieve their goals and change their life.
Above all, I am committed to your success and I feel this work is a privilege. I also have a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy (counseling psychology), so I bring a unique perspective to business and career coaching. I find it very important that I see each client as an individual, and meet you where you are. Because I have experience and education in both the core fundamentals of coaching, the traditional modalities of psychotherapy and business accruement I realize there are a diverse number of ways we can work together. I am willing to explore them with you to help you find your happiness and success.
It is important for me to understand what works best for you. I will always interact with you in an empathetic manner with no judgment. If I feel that you would be better served with another coach or should explore traditional therapy, I will refer you out.
From experience, I find that having a set 3 month (9-session) package upfront will produce measurable outcomes and resolution. After which point clients can re-engage for another 3-month package or start working on an individual session basis when needed. It all depends on what we are working on. We will always discuss and draw up a plan that is best for both of us.
"She is incredibly intuitive and perceptive, and can spot any psychological road blocks..."
– Darianna Cardill, Documentary Editor and Director, Los Angeles, CA
Measurable and lasting results are achieved in coaching through consistency and commitment. Whilst I think that we should get where you want to be as soon as possible, I have also seen that unforeseen issues often come up. So this is why I encourage 5-session packages. Clients generally work with me intensively at the beginning and then take more time between sessions to work on their projects. In the past clients have engaged with anywhere up to 3 packages and then top-ups when needed. I am currently workig with clients that I saw intensively at the start and then a session here and there for years.
Sessions generally last 55 mins. We will meet as regularly as needed depending on your goals but generally once a week at first.
Yes! I encourage my clients to send me what they are working on and get feedback from me, including resume and cover letter updates. Sometimes a success cannot wait until the next session and I would love to hear about it. Or sometimes a challenge presents itself and you may have questions around a decision.
Once we have had our FREE 30-min introduction session and we have decided to work together we will schedule our first session, before which I will send you my coaching paperwork. I will ask you about what you want to work on and achieve during our time together. There will also be questions about your likes and dislikes. During our first session, we will seek clarity on what is going on, what challenges and experiences you have. We will look at immediate ways you can get some relief or make change. During our 3rd session, we will work on identifying and working with Core Values. From experience, I know this exercise to be a game-changer in every aspect of life. At the beginning of each session, I will ask you if there is anything specific you want to work on in relation to your goals or if something new has come up. At the end of each session, we will recap the progress that was made and what you want to commit to working on prior to the next session. I will hold you accountable but if there are challenges with the homework we can address those. I don't believe in pressure or judgement in any way.
This may sound confusing, but it really is not and I will guide you every step of the w
In coaching, we have a saying "Is this client coachable?" Being coachable means that you are willing to do the work during and between sessions, that you are open to addressing both the difficult and easy questions, show up on time for sessions and for yourself, and take personal responsibility. The success of coaching depends on our rapport, my commitment to you, and your commitment to yourself.
A 5 session package is $1,125. This also includes reasonable emails and feedback between sessions, a pdf of my book "Give Yourself Permission to Live Your Life" and my online Vision Board workshop.
Individual one-off sessions are available for $300.
